About the role

Renson is seeking a commercially driven and visionary Strategic Architect Advisor to support our growth in the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will engage with leading architects, consultants, and developers to integrate Renson’s premium solutions into iconic projects across the region. You will inspire through design thinking and technical insight, helping shape the future of healthy, sustainable architecture in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Track market trends and construction projects to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on competitor activity (product launches, pricing, marketing, etc.).
• Evaluate and improve customer/specifier performance in collaboration with internal teams.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, consultants, and decision-makers.
• Act as a trusted partner to guide clients from concept to specification, integrating Renson’s solutions into projects.
• Collaborate with local market developers and marketing teams to deliver impactful presentations and seminars.
• Promote and specify Renson products based on project needs and client requirements.
• Ensure proper follow-up and support of all active projects in the pipeline.
• Negotiate pricing and discounts in line with company strategy.

Brand Ambassadorship

• Represent Renson at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Promote Renson’s mission: Creating Healthy Spaces.

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, design, or construction roles.
• Degree in architecture and/or engineering.
• Strong background in architecture or architectural design; ability to read technical drawings and understand product integration.
• Familiarity with CAD and architectural software (basic level sufficient).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willing and able to travel across the UAE and GCC.
• Professional appearance with a passion for networking and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Resilient, self-driven, and strategic approach.
• Comfortable managing complex product information, supported by training and guidance.
