Job summary
Showcify, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to drive Agile delivery in a financial services environment in Dubai.
You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. You will apply Scrum, Agile methodologies, Jira and Confluence across SDLC, fostering continuous improvement and elevated delivery maturity in fast-paced projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum hands-on experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
- Experience coaching Agile teams and facilitating ceremonies.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Background in Financial Services or digital transformation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and manage backlog refinement.
- Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and self-organization.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to align priorities.
- Identify and remove impediments impacting delivery.
- Maintain Jira boards and track progress against milestones.
- Develop realistic project plans within larger initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement and adherence to Agile practices.
