Overview

The Strapi Developer will architect, develop, and maintain API‑first content platforms using Strapi Headless CMS. You will integrate with modern frontends and backend services, enforce security and accessibility standards, and ensure reliable, high‑performance delivery for government digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Strapi applications and REST‑GraphQL APIs
• Customize Strapi plugins, roles, and permissions to meet service requirements
• Integrate Strapi with React, Angular, or Vue frontends and backend services
• Implement API‑driven content delivery for web, mobile, and other channels
• Configure role‑based access control, audit logs, and secure coding practices
• Support content teams with workflows, publishing, and taxonomy structures
• Monitor performance, uptime, and scalability; tune caching and CDNs
• Maintain documentation, version control, CI‑CD pipelines, and IaC scripts
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and accessibility standards
• Mentor junior developers and champion headless CMS best practices

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Strapi Developer or in headless CMS development
• Strong Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript skills; proficiency with REST and GraphQL
• Hands‑on integration with React, Vue, or Angular
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS, CI‑CD workflows, and containerization
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
