Job summary

The Ministry in the UAE is seeking a Software Development Specialist to design, develop, integrate and maintain enterprise applications using .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs and databases.

You will work across the full software lifecycle, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure code quality, security, and documentation within large-scale digital transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong experience in application development, databases, APIs, system integration, and software testing.
• Proficiency in one or more of: .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL.
• Experience with UAE government entities or large enterprise organisations is an advantage.
• Candidates must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
