Job description

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum),
• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Basic computer training (Excel, ERP systems) is desirable

Knowledge & Skills:
• Inventory control systems and stock management
• Construction materials and storage practices
• Timekeeping and attendance tracking procedures
• Basic recordkeeping and data entry
• Organization and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems)
• Communication and coordination with site teams
• Punctuality and reliability

Key Responsibilities:
• Manages inventory, materials issuance, and proper storage at site.
• Maintains accurate stock records.
• Tracks daily attendance and work hours of site personnel, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to HR and project management.
