Experience: Minimum 4 years of manufacturing (Sheetmetal) experience in the UAE.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Job Responsibilities

• ·Verifying and reporting monthly stock status (all materials) through ERP.
• ·Maintaining a daily report of sheet stock and usage daily through ERP. Updating all relevant personnel daily with these reports.
• ·Issuing items as per given MBOM. Additional items to only be issued on written communication with all items noted.
• ·Issuing of Chemical & Powder to the Gasketing Machine and Powder Coating Plant.
• ·Monthly Updating of the Gas and Chemical usage in ERP based on the monthly report from PC Dept.
• ·Ensure to display all the MSDS sheets of all the chemicals in the store for reference.
• ·Ensuring proper record of received items pertaining to stocks, movement of materials.
• ·Assisting in maintaining proper records of issues and receipts of materials specific to jobs and other related works (through the ERP).
• ·Keeping stores and stocks in a systematic way making identification easy, while ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of records.
• ·Receiving and labelling customer supplied items for use by other departments. Maintain a log for the same (through ERP and material issue slips).
• ·Prepare GRN.
• ·Assist in preparing Purchase Requisition for consumables when required.
• ·Maintain all the records systematically for verification of Stores procedures.
• ·As per the Production Plan and based on the MR, prepare the material and consumables for each day.
• ·Distribution of the daily PPE to the shop floor and maintaining the records.
• ·Record and store all the customer samples.
• ·He will have to arrange and ensure that the company warehouse is well maintained and orderly always arranged.

Requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Similar Industry experience. Minimum 4yrs Manufacturing & Sheetmetal
• Familiarity with Store Keeping.
• Systematic and organized working Style.
• Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed with Computer Skills.
• Willing to work in Shifts
