Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC in Dubai seeks a reliable Storekeeper to manage daily store operations, receipts, storage, and distribution of goods. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; training in inventory or warehouse management is a plus.
• Experience as Storekeeper or similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of stock control and inventory procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and inventory documentation.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically capable of routine storekeeping tasks.
• Willingness to work in Dubai and follow company policies.
• UAE employment visa eligibility and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Arrange and store items in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.
• Issue materials and supplies to authorized employees or departments.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Identify damaged, missing, expired, or incorrectly delivered items and report discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of all materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
• Follow company procedures and applicable health and safety guidelines.
