Qualifikationen

• High school diploma; a diploma in logistics, supply chain or a related field is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience as a storekeeper or in warehouse/inventory roles; UAE experience is a plus.
• Experience handling electronics, IT equipment or tools is an advantage.
• Good Excel skills; experience with an inventory or ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Zoho) is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Good English; Arabic is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Receive deliveries and check against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Report shortages, damages or wrong items to procurement and vendors.
• Issue items to staff and record who received what; manage returns and replacements.
• Keep accurate stock records in the inventory system or Excel.
• Tag and track equipment, run cycle counts and annual stock-take; reconcile differences.
• Maintain store organization, safety and secure access; prepare stock reports.
• Support budget and audits with stock data; suggest improvements to reduce losses.
