The position holder is responsible for responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining the engineering materials and equipment inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and facilitating the smooth flow of goods in and out of the store. This role involves managing stock levels, facilitating the receipt and issuance of materials and contributing to the overall efficiency of dairy plant operations.

• Maintain accurate records of all engineering materials, tools, and equipment in the inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages or excesses.
• Conduct regular stock assessments and report discrepancies to the relevant authorities.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Ensure that all materials are stored in the designated locations and are easily accessible.
• Issue materials to the technicians in a timely and organized manner
• Keep detailed records of all transactions related to the engineering store.
• Generate regular reports on stock levels, consumption, and replenishment needs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for materials received and issued
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling and storing materials.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards pertaining to the storage of engineering materials.
• Employ forecasting methods to predict future demand for engineering materials based on historical data, upcoming projects, and changes in production schedules. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to examine historical consumption patterns, stock levels, and reorder frequencies.

• Education qualification diploma in any field
• Total years of experience 3.
• Ability to analyses inventory data and identify trends, patterns, or discrepancies. Capacity to assess the impact of potential issues on stock levels and overall operations.
• Organised, Detailed Oriented, Proactive, Adaptability, Problem solving. Resilience, Empathy, Patience, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management.
• Technology know-how must have ERP system.
