Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper storage conditions.
  • Issuance of Parts: Issue parts to workshop technicians based on requisitions. Ensure that all issued items are recorded and tracked.
  • Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Initiate reorder requests as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns. Prepare regular reports on inventory status and discrepancies.
  • Coordination with Suppliers: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues related to orders.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure that the parts storage area is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety standards.
Educational Qualifications
