Storekeeper

We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage the inventory and storage of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store all deliveries according to company standards.
• Ensure all incoming materials are stored properly and recorded accurately.
• Maintain proper documentation of inventory records including invoices, receipts, and stock levels.
• Monitor stock levels and notify the management team of low or excess inventory.
• Issue materials to kitchen and service staff as needed, following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area at all times.
• Ensure all stored items are properly labeled, dated, and within their expiry.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors as required for stock replenishment.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a storekeeper, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
