Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate record-keeping.
  2. Receiving and Inspection: Verify incoming goods against purchase orders, checking for accuracy and quality.
  3. Issuance and Distribution: Distribute materials to various departments as per requisitions, ensuring proper documentation.
  4. Stock Rotation: Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) method to manage stock effectively.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels.
  6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that storage areas comply with safety regulations and are organized for efficient access.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain operations.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
  4. Physical Stamina: Ability to handle manual tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
