Noorka Logistics is looking for a responsible and well-organized Storekeeper to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and support the smooth movement of goods within its logistics operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure that stock is properly received, stored, and dispatched.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Organize and store items in designated locations while maintaining proper identification and labeling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management systems, spreadsheets, or other company tools.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned department when items need to be replenished.
• Prepare and issue goods according to approved requests and dispatch instructions.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, procurement teams, and logistics personnel to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Conduct regular stock checks and participate in scheduled physical inventory counts.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and report damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered items.
• Ensure that goods are handled carefully and stored according to their specific requirements.
• Keep the store and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Prepare stock reports, goods receipt notes, issue records, and other inventory-related documents.
• Follow company procedures for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor the condition of stored items and report any damage or expiry concerns where applicable.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete and accessible inventory documentation.
• Follow workplace health and safety guidelines and ensure proper use of storage equipment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school certificate or diploma; additional training in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, Inventory Clerk, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse procedures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle stock-related documentation.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks when required, following safe lifting practices.
• Honest, dependable, punctual, and willing to follow company procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily operational deadlines.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE may be preferred, depending on the company’s recruitment requirements.
