Job summary

EGYLED TRADING CO. L.L.C is seeking a disciplined Warehouse Storekeeper to receive shipments, inspect components, verify quantities, and record details for accurate inventory control.

You will manage inventory using dedicated software, perform regular stock checks, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure correct equipment is staged for projects while maintaining safe storage conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Storekeeper or Inventory Clerk or similar role; electronics/LED/AV experience is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with inventory software
• Clear communication skills to coordinate with logistics, management, and technical installation teams
• Skill in safely lifting, moving, and positioning materials and hardware components

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and inspect for damage; verify quantities and specs against PO/packing slips
• Maintain real-time inventory logs using software or tracking sheets; organize storage with FIFO in mind
• Prepare equipment for installations and coordinate with engineering/installation teams to ensure correct items are available
• Ensure warehouse safety and upkeep, and manage disposal/recycling of packaging materials

Job description

1 Receiving and Inspection

Receive incoming shipments of LED cabinets modules power supplies cabling and structural materials Carefully inspect all deliveries for physical damage ensuring fragile electronic components have not been compromised during transit Verify quantities and technical specifications against purchase orders and packing slips Report any discrepancies defects or missing items to management immediately

2 Inventory Management and Tracking

Maintain accurate real-time logs of all warehouse inventory using the company s inventory management software or tracking sheets Implement an organized storage system categorizing materials logically e g separating indoor vs outdoor LED modules structural bases and wiring Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts to ensure system accuracy Monitor stock levels for essential installation consumables and flag items for reorder to prevent project delays Ensuring proper storage of goods following the First-In First-Out FIFO method

3 Dispatch and Project Coordination

Prepare and stage equipment for scheduled installations ensuring all required screens mounting hardware and cables are picked accurately Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to issue the correct technical equipment for specific project dimensions and site requirements Process return-to-stock items from completed project sites inspecting them for damage before returning them to active inventory

4 Storage Safety and Maintenance

Ensure the warehouse remains clean organized and free of hazards Adhere to strict handling protocols for sensitive electronic equipment ensuring items are stored in appropriate temperature and humidity conditions Manage the proper disposal or recycling of bulk packaging materials such as large cardboard and wooden crates Ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained and safely operated Prior experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Clerk, or similar role (experience with electronics, LED, or AV equipment is a strong advantage).Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Skill in safely lifting, moving, and positioning materials and hardware components.Proficiency with inventory software.Clear communication skills to effectively coordinate with logistics, management, and technical installation teams
