Dubai, is looking for a responsible and organized
Storekeeper to manage inventory and warehouse operations efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to maintaining order and accuracy in storage facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Organize and store items in designated locations for easy access and retrieval.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
- Prepare and dispatch items according to job orders and delivery schedules.
- Conduct routine stock checks and report discrepancies to the management.
- Ensure the store is clean, secure, and complies with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material replenishment.
- Keep detailed documentation of all movements and inventory transactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in storekeeping or inventory management is a plus.
- 2–3 years of experience as a storekeeper or warehouse assistant, preferably in a logistics or moving company.
- Good knowledge of inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move items as needed.
- Reliable, honest, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
