Language: English (required), Arabic (preferred), Urdu/Hindi (advantageous)

Job Summary

To receive, issue, and return materials as per purchase orders, work orders, or inventory usage. Coordinate inspections of received items with engineers to ensure quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, assemble, pack/unpack, and deliver goods.
  • Certifications: Valid driving license and forklift license
  • Issue required materials against approved vouchers.
  • Operate forklift for unloading and internal transfer of materials.
  • Report discrepancies during receiving/inspection to the Store Officer or Procurement Buyer.
  • Prepare and forward material receipt reports and related documents to Finance; file copies in the store.
  • Handle rejected materials and return them as needed.
  • Label, tag, and store materials; update transactions in Maximo in real time.
  • Maintain housekeeping, binning, racking, and filing.
