Job description

Order Fulfillment for UAE Market Deliveries

Monitor pending orders daily for Traditional & Modern Trade outlets, plan dispatch activities, prepare documents, book trucks, and coordinate with the floor team for picking, packing, and loading to ensure timely customer deliveries and respond to emails for Sales team and other stakeholders.

Sales Return Monitoring & Processing

Monitor, coordinate, and process sales returns accurately and timely.

Inventory Control

Conduct regular stock checks to ensure physical stock matches system records, monitor inventory movements, and process stock transfers between warehouses as required.

FGRV Production Receipt Monitoring & Control

Monitor and control FGRV production receipts to ensure accurate system updates and inventory reconciliation.

Documentation & Filing

Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing of warehouse and dispatch-related documents for operational accuracy and compliance.
