Job summary

RoboHub.ae in Dubai is seeking an experienced warehouse storekeeper to manage stock intake, inspection, and recording against PO and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy and traceability in daily operations.

You will maintain organized storage, monitor stock levels, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with couriers, and support the logistics team with documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or logistics.
• Familiarity with stock management systems or inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping skills.
• Physically able to handle, lift, and move stock and equipment.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills — comfortable with Excel and inventory tools.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock, ensuring quantities and condition match purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts, flagging discrepancies or damaged items promptly.
• Organise and maintain the store in a clean, orderly, and clearly labelled manner for easy retrieval.
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when inventory falls below minimum thresholds.
• Maintain an asset register for all items in the store including equipment and spare parts.
• Prepare and pack outbound shipments for local deliveries, Amazon, Noon, and international orders.
• Coordinate with logistics and courier companies to arrange pickups, provide required documents, and follow up on delivery status.
• Maintain a shipment log tracking all outbound orders, delivery confirmations, and returns.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on inbound deliveries, ensuring timely receipt and accurate documentation.
• Handle import-related paperwork and liaise with clearing agents where required.
• Verify supplier delivery notes against purchase orders and report any shortages or discrepancies.
