Job summary

Landmark Group is seeking a Department Management and Store Standards lead to drive department sales, optimize space, and ensure impeccable merchandising and stock control. You will monitor performance, supervise stock accuracy, and uphold store cleanliness and branding across departments.

You will also coach staff, monitor promotions, and ensure high standards of customer service while aligning with corporate guidelines and store targets.

Responsibilities

• Maximize department sales and productivity metrics in line with shop targets
• Monitor data reports on space management, sales and stock movement against last year, last week and budget daily/weekly
• Ensure stock is displayed according to standard layout norms and properly tagged/bar-coded
• Ensure stock transactions are recorded accurately in the system
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health standards and store decor consistency
• Prepare and oversee price revisions and promotions as directed by corporate
• Monitor customer service standards and provide exceptional service
• Coach and mentor sales associates to improve customer service and performance
• Hold daily performance meetings and support induction of new staff
• Oversee team motivation and deployment to achieve targets
