Job description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Store In-Charge to manage our warehouse operations for a leading metal manufacturing company in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in handling inventory related to the metal industry, both in indoor and outdoor warehouse environments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of metal materials and products.
• Manage inventory records accurately and conduct regular stock audits.
• Supervise indoor and outdoor storage facilities, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for timely material availability.
• Lead and train warehouse/store team members to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and legal standards.
• Generate inventory and stock movement reports as required.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in store/inventory management within the metal manufacturing sector in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems and practices.
• Experience in managing both indoor and outdoor warehouses.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide storekeepers and warehouse staff.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
