Job summary

You will lead by example and foster a culture of excellence across the team. Key duties include opening/closing routines, supervising salesfloor and stockroom, staffing and payroll tasks, and training non-management staff while driving sales and maintaining visual displays in a fast-paced retail

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
