Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Dubai to blend strategy, operations and customer service. You will oversee daily store routines, open/close with precision, train and develop staff, and drive sales through product knowledge and brand moments.

You will lead staffing, scheduling and payroll processes, maintain compelling visual displays, analyze store reports to inform decisions, and uphold company culture and values while representing the brand.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience or leadership in store operations preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff and manage performance.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales and staffing reports.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
