Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Abu Dhabi invites a proactive Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver best-in-class customer service.

You will apply product knowledge, guide styling and floorset updates, and mentor team members to maintain brand standards. With a focus on recruiting, training, and performance development, you will collaborate with leadership to optimize processes, protect assets, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment aligned with our brand

Formación

• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
• Experience in scheduling, payroll or store operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and brand standards is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate POS systems.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
