• Store & Stockroom Operations: oversee daily operations and inventory control.
• Staffing Scheduling and Payroll Management: assist with scheduling and payroll processes.
• Training and Development: mentor and develop team members.
• Communication: ensure clear information flow across teams.
• Asset Protection: support loss prevention initiatives.
