Overview of the role :
The Store Manager will lead the team to achieve retail objectives, creating an environment that delivers an exceptional customer experience by serving and selling in-store and through all digital channels.
What you will do :
People Development / HR
SALES
Maximize stock accuracy and on-shelf availability through effective stock management.
Ensure accurate implementation of layouts, phase changes, and events.
SERVICE
Provide feedback to recognize great service and promote improvements.
Manage the delivery of the Customer Service Experience.
STANDARDS
Lead the team to deliver 'Ready to Trade' standards, maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Ensure a safe and legal working environment for colleagues and customers.
PEOPLE
Manage and develop a motivated, engaged team.
Drive individual performance and potential development
COSTS
Drive store profitability through cost control and efficiency improvements.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge :
High School Education (preferably a university degree), with technical knowledge and experience in Food and Hygiene.
Minimum Experience :
4+ years in retail or F&B sales.
Job-Specific Skills :
Excellent verbal communication, F&B hygiene knowledge, and certification.
