Job summary

On seeks a dynamic retail leader in Dubai to guide a premium store team and deliver memorable customer journeys. You will coach staff, optimize operations, and champion brand initiatives while building loyalty within the local sports community.

With 5+ years in customer-focused roles and 3+ years in leadership, you will drive performance, elevate service standards, and ensure impeccable store presentation to reflect the On brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-focused setting with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Operational retail experience, preferably in a premium sportswear environment.
• Strong interpersonal, hospitality and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and drive team performance.
• Fluent English: reading, writing and speaking.
