Job description

As a Store Manager, you will be a FENDI Ambassador, promoting the brand DNA in the market while exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Through constant coaching and motivation of your team, you will strengthen relationships with clients by promoting FENDI's history, craftsmanship, quality of materials, and creativity. You will ensure all standards related to performance, processes, and procedures align with our vision of excellence and luxury.

Job responsibilities

  1. Monitor and achieve store performance with relevant KPIs.
  2. Assist in the selling process.
  3. Analyze the business, propose, and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales across product categories.
  4. Demonstrate sales leadership, set performance targets for staff and individuals with relevant KPIs.
  5. Be aware of the local trading environment and its impact on sales, including competitors' activities.
  6. Manage and supervise the team in executing all company operating and stock procedures correctly.
  7. Manage customer service quality to meet client expectations by offering excellent standards.
  8. Develop loyal FENDI clients and implement CRM tools and clienteling actions, including in-store events.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships with VIP clients.
  10. Improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans.
  11. Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork, and maintain harmonious staff relations.
  12. Work with HR in recruiting qualified applicants to meet store needs.
  13. Identify training needs to develop talents and communicate these to HR.
  14. Review and submit sales and operational reports adhering to company KPIs and policies.
  15. Ensure FENDI’s standards are maintained across customer service, internal control, VM, and back-office activities.

Profile

  1. 7-10 years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
  2. 5-7 years’ experience managing top-location retail luxury businesses.
  3. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  4. Strong selling and communication skills.
  5. Excellent relationship skills, self-reliant, friendly, patient.
  6. Leadership, confidence, organization, professionalism.
  7. Goal-oriented, multitasking ability.
  8. Computer skills and knowledge of retail management systems.
  9. Strong interest or knowledge in fashion/luxury industry.
  10. Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
