JOB TITLE

Store Manager | MAF Lifestyle | Operations

ROLE SUMMARY

The Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and developing the store team to maximize profitability, maintaining brand and company image, ensuring operational compliance, and delivering excellent customer service. The role oversees daily store operations and workforce management aligned with overall business objectives.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times. Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Coach and mentor the team to improve service quality.
  • Assess team performance regularly to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Drive sales and improve business performance by meeting KPIs such as net sales, footfall conversion, shrinkage, and stock turnover. Develop innovative strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and boost profitability.
  • Identify causes of underperformance and implement corrective actions through analysis and commercial awareness. Provide feedback to the Operations, Buying, and Planning Departments regarding product range and pricing.
  • Ensure adherence to Model Store Standards related to Visual Merchandising (VM). Maintain team understanding of VM principles and standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Plan and execute in-store processes including cash handling, stock management, and stock-taking. Maintain inventory control and security, minimize stock shortages.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies, reporting concerns promptly.
  • Regularly review store duties such as cleanliness, pre-opening checks, and inspections.

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience
