JOB PURPOSE:
To manage the day-to-day operations of Befit retail outlets, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining operational efficiency. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing staff, inventory, store and excelling in customer service.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Store Operations Management
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
- Follow the SOP set by the business.
Sales and Customer Service
- Drive sales to meet or exceed targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Capturing and maintaining customer data to enable targeted marketing efforts, fostering customer engagement, and building a loyal customer base
Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, train, and manage a motivated team of sales executives and build a strong team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve employee capabilities.
Inventory and Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishments.
- Minimize stock discrepancies through accurate record-keeping and regular audits.
Marketing and Promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, events, and product launches.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve store offerings and promotional strategies.
Financial and Administrative Responsibilities
- Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory updates, and other required documentation to management.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Maintain a safe and secure store environment for employees and customers.
Customer Engagement and Brand Representation
- Build strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.
- Act as an ambassador of the Befit brand, reflecting its values and commitment to fitness solutions.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum Qualification: Basic educational qualifications with excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
- Minimum Experience: 4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
