Overview of the Role

The job holder (JH) is responsible for planning, controlling, and directing their store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards and in-store execution to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets. JH provides excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence the team and ensure professional customer service. They should also be capable of analyzing sales figures to drive business performance.


What You Will Do

Profit & Financial
  • Drive, monitor, and review sales performance; recommend action plans to meet sales targets at the store level.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with sales staff to review category performance and plan improvements.
  • Implement strategies and ensure execution of programs to achieve sales targets for all exclusive products; provide feedback on promotional effectiveness.
  • Manage and control store OPEX budgets (utilities, supplies, staff costs, etc.).
  • Recommend and initiate plans to optimize controllable expenses.
  • Achieve shrinkage budgets below tolerance levels through daily monitoring of retail standards and compliance.
Commercial
  • Oversee display implementation and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory adjustments and compliance with brand service standards.
  • Enhance customer experience and handle product queries and complaints professionally.
  • Drive loyalty programs and sales techniques to improve transaction rates.
  • Communicate ongoing promotions and store activities regularly following company guidelines.
Process
  • Ensure communication and implementation of policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and system understanding.
  • Monitor expenses, loss prevention, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with mall management and handle store documentation.
People
  • Plan and monitor personal development and training interventions.
  • Review performance appraisals and personal development plans.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives.
