Job Purpose

Manage and develop the in-store team to drive revenue, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold brand image. Ensure operational compliance, maximize sales, and foster a performance-driven, customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, monitor KPIs, and identify commercial opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
  • Cultivate a customer excellence culture through leadership and handling escalated service issues.
  • Minimize stock loss by implementing and adhering to policies and standards.
  • Analyze sales and stock data to optimize inventory and identify opportunities.
  • Provide performance and trend reports to relevant teams.
  • Lead stock takes in collaboration with Operations.
  • Support sales promotions and brand events with planning and feedback.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards per brand guidelines.
  • Monitor sales per square foot to maximize store productivity.
  • Establish effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Understand customer profiles and provide feedback to relevant teams.

People Management Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the store team.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop team members for growth.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
