We’re Hiring : Store Manager – Aglaiia Concept Store (Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi)

We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic, and people-focused Store Manager to lead our multi-brand retail concept located inside Ether, in Yas Mall, which includes :

Aglaiia Permanent Jewelry – our welded fine jewelry experience

Aglaiia Waterproof Jewelry – minimalist, non-tarnish jewelry for everyday wear

The Charm Bar – a waterproof custom charm experience designed for self-expression

This role requires someone who can seamlessly shift between premium service and high-volume, experience-driven retail — with an unwavering eye for detail and a genuine passion for people.

This role blends leadership, operations, and customer experience across three retail concepts. You'll be both strategic and hands-on — ensuring excellence every day, on the floor and behind the scenes.

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of retail staff (sales associates, charm bar stylists, welders)
  • Lead by example on the floor and ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained
  • Set daily / weekly / monthly targets, motivate the team, and monitor KPIs to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded

Store Operations

  • Oversee daily operations including opening / closing procedures, cleanliness, stock levels, and general store presentation
  • Ensure operational excellence in line with brand guidelines and SOPs
  • Monitor booking systems and ensure time management across appointments and walk-ins
  • Act as the primary contact for Ether management and internal HQ coordination
  • Deliver a premium, warm, and personalized customer journey aligned with Aglaiia and The Charm Bar’s brand identity
  • Maintain luxury service standards while ensuring approachability and warmth
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and brand-appropriate tone
  • Develop strategies to increase foot traffic, sales conversions, and repeat business

Inventory & Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure correct stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks
  • Oversee merchandising, ensuring displays are always aligned with brand image and promotional campaigns

Events & Brand Experience

  • Support in-store activations, events, and seasonal campaigns to elevate brand engagement

Admin & Reporting

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for head office
  • Handle petty cash, shift reconciliations, and staff schedules in coordination with our shop partner Ether
  • Ensure compliance with Ether and mall requirements, and maintain clear communication with Ether, mall and head office
  • 3+ years of retail store management experience, preferably in luxury or concept stores
  • Leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first approach
  • Customer service excellence with a brand-aligned tone
  • Fluent English (Arabic or French a plus)
  • Strong organisational and reporting capabilities
