Position Title: Store Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus bonuses

About the Client: A leading Chinese apparel brand offering casual and formal clothing.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage store operations, employee performance, and sales targets.
2. Collect market data, handle customer complaints, and execute company tasks.
3. Oversee stock management and monitor stock levels.
4. Analyze data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.

Qualifications:

1. 40 years old and below
2. Bachelor’s degree or diploma is preferred
3. At least 3 years of experience, preferably with Zara/H&M retail management preferred
4. Proficient in computer operations and team coordination.
