Job description

The duties and responsibilities of a Store Manager at high-end fashion stores include:

  • Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure store efficiency
  • Manage Store and Staff KPI
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
  • Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
  • Using information technology to record sales figures, analyze data and forward planning
  • Responding to customer complaints and comments
  • Organizing special promotions, displays and events
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
  • Dealing with staffing issues: interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development
  • Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
  • Revising and/or formulating policies and promoting their implementation
  • Ensuring the store meets all compliance requirements for operations and safety
  • Manage Stock Count
  • Recruit Sales Staff

Job Brief

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our high-end fashion store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating staff, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and meeting customer needs to ensure our store’s profitability.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in retail management and fashion, with a passion for high-end products and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
  • Hire, train, and oversee staff to ensure high performance and consistent service
  • Meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Manage store’s inventory effectively
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is presentable and standards are maintained
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
  • Stay updated on market trends and fashion releases to interpret in store merchandising
