POSITION OBJECTIVE
- Achieve company objectives by ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff, and that they have the skills and support needed to maximize sales.
- Implement operating procedures at the store in accordance with company and brand standards.
- Promote the company's Loyalty Program to maximize customer loyalty and repeat sales.
- Provide feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager regarding employees and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Brief and guide staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a fashionable and well-groomed appearance with up-to-date product knowledge to minimize stock loss.
- Stay informed about new products, trends, and fashion directives to respond to and anticipate customer needs effectively.
- Manage stockrooms to ensure minimal stock loss.
- Implement store operating procedures, ensuring adherence to brand and company policies by all staff.
- Use creative techniques to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain required stock levels to maximize sales.
- Conduct weekly store administration audits and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage daily staff rosters, leave, and grievances.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per set guidelines.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
- Supervise store operations and provide feedback to the Area Manager regarding staff and products.
- Ensure constant awareness and vigilance regarding store security.
- Stay updated on various group brands to assist with suggestive selling.
- Handle end-to-end store operations responsibilities.
- Be physically fit to stand for extended hours and perform heavy lifting as required.
