About the Company

Our client, a leading brand, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of their Dubai locations. This is an exciting opportunity to drive performance, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and develop a high-performing retail team.

Overview

The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, lead a high-performing team and ensure operational excellence. This role requires a commercially minded leader who can drive sales, build customer loyalty and maintain the highest standards of store presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Monitor and analyse store performance metrics, implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team aligned to the company’s culture and goals
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment and shrinkage control
• Actively engage with customers, promoting brand loyalty and enhancing their shopping experience
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local labour laws and health and safety standards
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a busy retail environment
• Strong track record of driving sales, analysing KPIs and implementing effective strategies
• Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and motivating high-performing teams
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
