Job Title: Store Manager – Sportswear Retail

Location: Al Ghurair Mall, Dubai

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead the operations of a sportswear retail store. This role requires a passion for sports and fashion, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive sales performance and meet or exceed monthly targets
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards, resolving any escalated issues promptly
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment
• Implement effective merchandising and visual presentation in line with brand guidelines
• Analyse sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll inputs, and performance reviews
• Organise and participate in promotional events and campaigns

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail, ideally in sportswear, apparel, or footwear
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
