Job description

The Job

• Responsible for Outlet daily shift operations and supervision of staff. Assisted with promoting the lounge, menu planning, maintains standards, assists servers on the floor during peak periods, and manages property liquor inventories and controls.
• Pre-Season and In-Season reporting required for business analysis, decision-making, and strategy development.
• Promotional support for outlet including special fixture posters, easels, charitable marketing, window banners.
• Creative development of any selling tools used for retail including brochures, image cards, customer profiles, fit guides.
• Develop and manage digital communication (email and mobile) to our Preferred Members.
• Work with CRM and CRK team to create and deploy email communications.
• Coordinate seasonal outlet photo shoots (Outlet and Specialty Accessories).
• Maintain store and digital promotional calendars for outlet and Specialty Accessories.

The Profile

• You have working knowledge of Bar Management.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of, and ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in Excel and general computer knowledge.
