Role Overview

The Store Manager will oversee operations at a flagship sportswear store in Abu Dhabi, ensuring a premium customer experience and driving the store’s success. This role requires a leader passionate about fitness and fashion, capable of motivating a dynamic team, and skilled in achieving sales goals while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
2. Uphold the brand’s standards by maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation.
3. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
4. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team passionate about sportswear and active lifestyles.
5. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
6. Actively engage with customers, promoting brand loyalty and an active lifestyle.
7. Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and health and safety standards.
9. Stay informed about the latest sportswear trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the sportswear or activewear retail sector.
• Strong understanding of sportswear trends, performance fabrics, and customer behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales, analyze KPIs, and implement effective strategies.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a history of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with premium or global sportswear brands is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the UAE retail market and its fitness-focused customer base.
