We are hiring a Store Manager for a leading international women's fashion brand.

Position: Store Manager – Fashion Retail (Female)

Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead store performance and drive key KPIs (sales, UPT, conversion, profitability)
• Manage and inspire the store team to achieve and exceed targets
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards
• Oversee daily operations: visual merchandising, stock control, reporting, scheduling
• Analyze store data and implement effective sales strategies

Profile & Requirements:

• Female, well-presented and fashion-forward (no hijab)
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in fashion retail, including team management
• Background in international fashion brands (e.g. Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, etc.)
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must currently live in UAE
• Available to work 6 days per week, 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
