Position: Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager

Salary Budget: Upto 12K

Profile Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Strong background in Food & Beverage (F&B), preferably in premium cafes
• Previous Role: Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a reputed F&B brand

Key Experience:

• Proven ability to independently manage store operations
• Skilled in managing sales, team performance, inventory, and customer service
• Experience handling both retail and F&B components within the same outlet
• Ideal Candidate Traits: Operationally strong, service-oriented, well-versed in premium F&B service, and capable of driving both store performance and guest satisfaction
• Ability to manage the Pricing Margins of the store
