Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule of supply by preserving inventories.
• Document and issue job orders to accounts after completion.
• Preserve store area in great condition.
• Maintain correct documents of stock in real time.
• Execute regular monthly stock counts.
• Inspect goods vs. billing amounts.
• Maintain GRN records from manufacturing supervisor.
• Issue raw materials to production per job order.
• Coordinate purchasing plans and liaise with vendors and carriers.
• Manage stock levels and make stock-control decisions.

Job Responsibilities
