Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Storekeeper for Sharjah, UAE. The role involves receiving inbound shipments, inspecting quantities, coordinating with Quality, and managing inventory and outbound shipments in a busy aluminium production environment.

You will maintain stock records, coordinate with Production and Purchasing, and monitor stock levels, with forklift and driver coordination as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAE aluminium manufacturing environment is required.
• Hands-on knowledge of goods receiving/dispatch, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
• Valid UAE driving license; able to coordinate loading, forklifts, drivers and movements.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments, verify quantities against delivery notes, identify damages, and coordinate with the Quality team before materials are moved into inventory.
• Prepare outbound shipments including packing, labelling, pallet documentation, loading coordination, driver records and signed delivery notes.
• Manage warehouse inventory, storage and issuance of raw materials, tools and consumables to production using Store Issue Vouchers, while maintaining accurate stock records.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct quarterly inventory checks, prepare monthly consumables reports, manage scrap/offcuts, and coordinate replenishment requirements with Production and Purchasing.
