Job Description

1. Supervise warehouse staff in receiving, storing, and arranging materials (including furniture) with proper tagging and stacking to enable easy retrieval.

2. Verify received stocks/consignments against supplier and company inbound documents to avoid discrepancies.

3. Inspect incoming materials for visible defects, report damages to management, and coordinate with the Accounts Department to register insurance claims when required.

4. Determine appropriate storage methods ensuring optimal space utilization and workforce efficiency, while complying with safety regulations.

5. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure adherence to approval procedures to prevent payment-related issues.

6. Issue shipping instructions and routing details to ensure timely and accurate delivery coordination.

7. Perform quarterly inventory counts and verify against system records; investigate and resolve any discrepancies in compliance with audit requirements.

8. Record all stock and financial transactions accurately in SAP and maintain documentation for effective warehouse monitoring.

9. Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of warehouse operations.

10. Strictly follow company standard operating procedures, safety protocols, quality standards, and the Code of Ethics. 11. Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
