Job summary

ZRVS in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Store Keeper to manage receipt, storage, inventory, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment. The role requires maintaining accurate stock records and coordinating with procurement and project teams.

The position is full-time with a 2-year contract. Accommodation, transportation, and medical benefits are provided to support daily operations on-site.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Store Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Experience as Store Keeper, preferably in construction.
• Knowledge of inventory control and material management.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain stock records.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of construction materials.
• Issue materials to authorized personnel according to approved requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory records.
• Prepare material receiving, issuing, and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, and safe storage of materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, site, and project teams regarding material requirements.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
