Royal Star Events, an events and wedding setup company in Al Ain, is looking for an organized and reliable Store Keeper to manage our warehouse.

• Receive, check and record all incoming materials (wood/MDF, paint, fabric, curtains, lighting and décor items)
• Issue materials and equipment to the teams for each event, and check them back in after the event
• Keep stock records up to date and report shortages or damaged items
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe
• Coordinate with purchasing, accounts and event supervisors

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience as a store keeper or warehouse assistant, preferably in events, décor or construction
• Secondary school or degree
• Basic computer skills (Excel)
• Good English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus
• Able to work flexible hours during event seasons
• Must be in the UAE with a valid visa and able to provide a No Objection Letter (NOC)
• Company visa may be offered after the probation period, based on performance
