Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in the furniture, manufacturing, or related industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.

• Receive materials and verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Inspect incoming materials and report any damages, discrepancies, or quality issues.
• Store materials in designated locations with proper labeling and ensure safe storage conditions.

• Issue materials based on approved requests and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile inventory differences, and support inventory audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping standards, and prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
