Job Requirements
Your Responsibilities
  1. Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location.
  2. Load and unload parts with proper care.
  3. Package items and label correctly.
  4. Maintain the warehouse neat and tidy.
  5. Loading and unloading of parts and tires.
  6. Verify all goods arrived as per the purchase order, delivery note, and that the agreed quantity has been received.
  7. Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
  8. Monitor and take inventory regularly to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
  9. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
  10. Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience: Previous experience in a store or warehouse environment, particularly in spare parts management, is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent abilities in managing inventory and storage.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for verifying parts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of heavy equipment and components is beneficial.
  • Customer Service: Ability to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Systems: Familiarity with inventory management software is desirable.
