Job summary

A recruitment firm in the UAE is seeking a Stock lot Sales & Operations Manager to drive footwear and general goods stock lot business. The role includes end-to-end sales management, inventory oversight, and building relationships across multiple markets. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience, strong sales skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. Frequent travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ proven experience in stock lots, liquidation, or trading—especially stock lot footwear.
• Strong track record in sales, negotiation, and market presence across multiple regions.
• Excellent organizational and personnel management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel frequently and work extended hours as needed.

Location: Sharjah, UAE (with regional & international travel)

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a proactive Stock lot Sales & Operations Manager to drive our footwear and general goods stock lot business. You’ll steer inventory operations, sales strategies, and logistics for clearance and trading stock across the UAE, GCC, Lebanon, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end sales of stock lot merchandise—primarily footwear, but also clothing and general goods
• Oversee inventory management, including stock rotation, space utilization, and warehousing
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and buyers across the UAE, GCC, Lebanon, and international markets
• Manage logistics and clearance documentation, ensuring smooth movement of goods
• Set pricing strategies and coordinate localized promotions for different regional markets
• Lead and supervise warehouse & support staff, ensuring cohesive teamwork

What We’re Looking For
