Job summary

Trilogi Logistics in Dubai seeks a Stock Assurance Executive to maintain inventory accuracy, oversee shrinkage control, and drive improvements across multiple locations. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in inventory or assurance roles.
• Strong ability to manage stock counts, shrinkage, and compliance across locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and control shrinkage across multiple locations and regions.
• Prepare and execute annual stock count plans.
• Perform root cause analysis for high shrinkage stores and implement corrective actions.
• Track and follow up on inventory accuracy issues with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and validate Power BI dashboards for stock reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and LP teams on stock count adjustments and investigations.
• Lead special stock count projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support mergers, system migrations, and SOP changes in inventory management.
