Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage and monitor inventory and stock holdings, minimizing system stock issues and ensuring timely returns to suppliers. The role emphasizes controlling stock movement and optimizing warehouse processes.

You will work to reduce discrepancies, coordinate transfers, and provide regular shrinkage and stock reports to management, while maintaining high data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate with excellent knowledge of warehousing & inventory management.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehousing & inventory management with knowledge in ecommerce retail environment.
• Computer literacy with excellent MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Custodian of business inventory and responsible for overall inventory management operations.
• Oversee warehouse storage space optimization and shrinkage analysis.
• Execute stock loss action plans with Loss Prevention Team.
• Coordinate stock transfers inter-warehouse, warehouse to store and store to warehouse.
• Monitor WH logs, credit notes, RTV adjustments and reporting to finance.
